What does Fleming's left hand rule state?

Answer :

To know the direction of motion of conductor.

We use flemings right hand rule

If we strech middle finger,fore finger and thumb such as to be supposed they are mutually perpendicular to each other 

Then middle finger shows direction magnetic field

Fore finger shows direction of current and thumb shows direction of motion

Fleming's Left Hand Rule: Stretch out the first three fingers of your left hand such that they are mutually perpendicular to each other, align first finger in direction of magnetic field, middle finger in direction of current then the thumb will give the direction of force acting on the conductor.
